to check if the login / character / mapserver is online you need specific IP + Port and that's not pingable via "ping" in cmd or terminal - you need a different tool like nmap or telnet ^^

Thank you for the information but im way ahead of that stage in my life. i already have all the servers details.

try to log in

 

if you can't, the server is down

 

otherwise, the server is up.

I don't know why the warp portal staff are not considering to upgrade the servers. They will have more players in the server and it will be more fun.

 

Less lag = more players = more $$

 

About the bots, just implement an anti-bot system like most private servers do or similar I suppose?
