Where do I can get those Class Figures like:

 

 - Archer Figure

 - Mage figure

 - etc.

You can get them on the NPC in the middle of Prontera by exchanging 200 Silvervine fruits (which you can buy from people, buy with real money or grind mini-bosses to get 5 Silvervine fruits from each (you gotta take the quest on the Black Cat before going to Hunt them) and some 200 other item

For example, for the archer one, you'd need 200 SVF and 200 Wolf Claw

Well the Thief figure is quite good too

Got 3 ASPD on my new Thief just putting 2 of them, lol (he's still low lvl, but it really helps, lol)

I can agree with that

Swordman figurine is probably the worst one - 2 defense bonus is nothing in renewal mechanic (many classic items and all +def cards suffer from not being adapted to new reality), 2nd worst one is mage figure (class bonus should have been 3% faster cast speed instead of sp recovery, akin to thief bonus). IMO.

Yeah they are not very well balanced power wise.  Mage and Swordman ones are complete garbage compared to the others.  Giving the mage one a percent cast speed as you mentioned would be good, and the swordman one perhaps a percent damage reduction (similar to what 2 def would have given you in the past).

Then the merchant ones with give +1 str and 5 crit, which is superior to kobold cards.

Merchants can't REALLY take advantage of the extra crit rate like katar assassins can, but at this point in the game what else are auto attack bsmiths gonna use that's better?
