I'm trying to change my icon but cant and I dont know what I'm doing wrong.  When i go upload it, it comes up as failed. When i upload it to gravatar it shows but doesnt save after I leave my profile update page.

Please try the following:

• Choose your desired image, note that forums rules and regulations apply here.
• Upload the image to Imgur, any other image host service is all right too but going to use Imgur here.
• Once it's uploaded correctly look for the Direct Link associated with the image. Copy that.
• Go to your forums profile, choose Edit Profile, choose Change my photo.
• Look for the option Import a photo from a URL, in the empty box add the Direct Link you copied in step 3. Click on Import.
• Wait a moment for the upload to finish, proceed accordingly.

So we have to use a direct link to an image url to change profile picture? what a pain :s I've been unable to upload my own images either and had been planning to make a post much like this since there's no help forum under the WarpPortal section.

At this point I don't think there is an intention to allow the direct upload option, please use the other available options for now.

It's ok Cinnamon, and thanks for the heads up, thankfully I have pictures saved on various image hosting sites already, so it's not so bad.
