Use the nospam2.cfg on your data folder.

A better alternative is to block the spam, as suggested above please use nospam2.cfg found in your RO installation folder [Default Location: C:\Gravity\Ragnarok Restart\data]. If you need help with the configuration drop me a PM.

Can it be pre-configured in every client? If so, it would be nice to do it in the next patch.
