At this point you really should think long and hard about something to apologize to the playerbase.

You're effort taking is admireable, but you should really really otherthink your Infrastructre, security measurments and IT-planning, the work you are doing is appreciated still not anywhere near a level where it should be, not even close and given your experience you should have this is just not acceptable.

I was farming at stalactic golems when i got disconnected earlier then I found my character at prontera when i logged in again. wtf just happened?

This is pretty absurd. I'd like to think I've been a patient individual, but I'm about to join the chorus of angry 12 year olds off for summer vacation and start suggesting random things to fix the server that would only work in an episode of Star Trek.

I figured out that it gives that error msg whenever you try to login too many times with the same account.

Actually it seems the "update your password" prompt happens to everyone when the log in is down. If you just wait until the login in up again, you don't actually have to change your password.

 

I tested it the last time it happened to me and my original password worked fine.
