What's this, another 'idea' person to implement content without staff to actually implement it? You know what made Disney SUPER SUCCESSFUL in the 90s? 7 supervisors per animator telling them what they need to do. Well at least Varitas will be better than Alterius. Can probably Level Design, although I have not seen much evidence outside of 2D digital painting.
The problem with content is quite simple. You don't have developers on the title. Just producers learning how to develop and tell shared development assets what to do when they become available. With such limited resources, you should always cut out the middle-man like a producer since they are only needed when collaborating with larger groups.
