Currently due to the DDOS and login server issues, where users are gaining access to other players accounts, RESTART will be offline as we work on a resolution. You may see the login servers come up periodically as we test solutions, and the studio will be assisting in resolving the login issue. We appreciate your patience.
 
FAQ

• What if my characters were accessed?
  • Submit a ticket to https://support.warpportal.com and the GMs will give you high priority in the queue.
• Will there be compensation?
  • Yes once things are stable we will reevaluate the current compensation plan. We are aware that various item mall consumables were used by users. If you consumed one the GMs can see it in the logs and restore it. Unfortunately you will have to submit a ticket for consumables as each case is unique
• Do you have an ETA?
  • We are hoping to be up later this evening.
  • So studio is working on a fix for us. I don't know exactly how long it will take but they said they will deliver  'ASAP'. But they also warned me it may take up to two business days. I will be staying as late as I need to, tonight to get the final schedule and/or implement should they deliver it tonight. I expect to be here for at least 8 more hours (2am PDT) to know more.
  • 10:50pm We are about to receive a test build to test the improved logins.
  • Update: So far the testing is going well. We don't currently have an ETA. We need to resolve a few logistical issues.

    Please understand though that when we are ready to open the new process may not be able to withstand the raw combined power of this community and may require adjustments.

    Currently only users that have registered as of Midnight will be able to login.

  • I am going to head home and get some sleep. As a reminder, 

    • The Item Mall is currently disabled during this testing phase. You won't see your Kafra points
    • DDOS Mitigation is on. This limits the number of connections from any single play location and certain areas from logging in depending on whats been hitting us. Unfortunately between this and the ongoing DDOS users may not be able to log in. This also affects steam logins at this time.

So we pay VIP, thousands dollars in buying KP and this is the result. No security server, issues loging, DDOS Attcked, LAG and now someone can enter in my account?

I want a refound of all my money. I wont play anymore on this -_- server

Almost we can have wpe was wasted on re start server back ?? We r able to play 1 hour per day without lag the other 23 was off or too lag for play.

Take your times guys, I've going to use the time to sleep for my next grave shift and when I wake up fight with my router more (before work) so I can see if I can finally get it to work right so I can remote into my secondary machine. I'm going to use for my vending account while I'm at work, I'll be able to remote in and reconnect or update my inventory as needed, all while at work, thats if I can get my damn router to play nice lol.  If not fix by then I've got the Space engineers "escape from mars" scenario to continue in during and after work.

due to work schedules I really hate it when they say "oh your compensation for not being able to play on your days off is a VIP weekend when you work 12 hours a day" id like to see some KP instead of VIP... at least that doesn't run out of time. i popped manuals right as the servers went down too. guess ill send in a ticket for that, even though its only like 80 kp, 40 kp a manual/job manual.

 

but keep up the work, hopefully well get some legless DDoS free servers soon.

Please take your time and do it right, Camp. The people crying that it's down can darn well wait. Go outside. Pet a cat. Smell some flowers. Relax.

 

We do appreciate your work. This can't be easy, but I really want to see this server done right and be fun. So I'd rather see the servers down for a while while things are fixed rather than constantly crashing and creating more problems.

Yeah, let's wait. Revo-Classic servers have a lot of potential (they are probably the future of the game) and I do not intend to abandon RE: START on the first server crisis
