I work full time and I still find it asinine to beg for or demand compensation. Boohoo?
Obviously people having vip time wasted or timed things wasted needs compensation, and they are.

But really, you want compensation for the time you couldn't spend playing? Give me a damn break dude. Get over it.
They most likely will do a 2x exp event. I can see that being a thing. People are far too entitled these days.
Plenty more days and weeks to play this server, it's not going anywhere. MMO and server launches are always a mess. People who can't handle it should just wait a month. Plenty else to do in the world.

God forbid the customers who purchased products from a company advertising a new server, complain when they can't access said server.

I would rather see them do literally anything aside from increasing exp or drop rates temporarily, those are among the absolute worst types of in game "events" or compensation, because it causes players to be less interested in playing at normal rates.

agreed. server will feel dead if players are accustomed to exp events.

Server will be dead if players who spend money on Ragnarok Online, can't access the game, or enjoy playing without some interruption due to Lag, accounts being accessed by login glitches etc.

People  WILL play OTHER GAMES, and take their money elsewhere.  Terms of Service gives compensation all the time when things happen out of the norm, and that game is doing perfectly fine.

This is so demonstrably false. I doubt the player base will be looking forward to server crashes just for those EXP boost afterwards.... Give me a break

The EXP boost is a realistic compensation in which players can actually make up whatever gains they had lost during the previous two days. Moreover, it's likely to be 3 days.
