Not able to login server, after enter password and press ok button i got failed to connect server...... after 3-4 tried error comes "Rejected To server. Login to Warp portal and confirm-update your password (30)".

 

 

Kindly tell is this issue from Restart ? and if yes then how much time it will take to resolve.........

Wait 10 minutes then try to login, if the issue is ongoing then your account is likely suspended, in this case the user must send a ticket to the GM staff to investigate the issue.

I cant login since Friday and wrote a ticket since friday.

 

I'd wish u would reply to that and get my account to work again, since my VIP is running out and could not use it for like 6 days now

If an account found to be associated with illegal activity (not necessarily botting) account's access will be restricted.

Did you get an automated response as soon as the ticket was sent in mail at least? If there is no automated response then it is possible the ticket was never submitted.

i get email with ticket number but 6 days past and not answer if some one read my ticket if i give you ticket number maybe you can help me ??? becuse its like week past and nothing .....

Having the same problem here (failed to login, then, to much attempts). I've never done anything wrong, and my account is blocked, in full from my vacation. Waiting anxiously for a formal and valid response from the staff.

The response times are currently experiencing delay so kindly be patient.

Selling leech or leeching should not really warrant for GM intervention, however, if illegal activity is detected, doesn't necessarily have to be botting, then user may get that.

I dont Use Bots i play Rgnarok now Since EuRo Release i think i dont need a bot i have some expirience for this game but okay thene i yust must wait a bit longer but thanks for ur Response btw i am a Vit Knight so botting were usless bcs i need so much Potions or a Priest but nevermind i know i do no wrong things just wait thene.

 

Another Question if i get back my account whats with my loosing Vip days ? Its Just 3 days atm but i paid for it

It is best to wait for the GM staff response and assistance on your ID login issue, it might be something else that flagged your account.

 

Edit: I am not sure if this policy changed, but if the account is found CLEAN and legit then the user may request reimbursement for the lost VIP time (during lock up) on the same ticket. This request will be analyzed and processed on a case by case basis, meaning it may be accepted or denied.

this is why you dont ban via IP. they dont ban the IP address itself but the people who have used it or connected to it ....say good bye to your vip accounts there is no negotiation with this
