Sometimes, the people who are already playing in-game might not get disconnected and the people trying to log in will have trouble getting in the game.

Sometimes, the people who are already playing in-game might not get disconnected and the people trying to log in will have trouble getting in the game.
That is sadly the nature of DDoS attacks. The IT team is still working on refining the mitigation.
