i have use fox, chrome and IE, same thing.

 

 I disabled adblock, same error.

I sent a ticket to support now :-)

 

EDIT: I actually can;t login on the website at all, only on forums and support. which means i can't manage my account either

I have..

 

changed on all browsers ipv4 dns 8888 ipv6 dns copypasted, and same issue..

and as i said i tried my mobile off 4g, so different ip address altogether, and same issue too

 

EDIT: it now does it with my wife's account too

 

UPDATE: VPN fixed the issue.

so it is an IP block.

"Please send your ticket number to the support team" doesn't sound quite right, do you by any chance mean IP or some such?

Uhrm, this might be a stupid question....but....how shall my friends send anything to the support team if they are not able to open a single warpportal site (including the support page) ?

Is it just me or is it down again? I was playing earlier today so I had been able to play since that maintenance although with some bad lagging especially in the summer event map.

It's not the patch. We are currently hit again by DDoS attacks. Because of this the DDoS mitigation has been strengthened. That's why it feels unstable. Sorry for that.
