everytime i log.in i get this message rejected from the server. login to warpPortal and confirm-update your password

even though i already register for the certain game and created 2 accounts

I've been on the several past days, and I just got it, got dced again. Can't get back in, its like a 1/99 chance. Is there some temp fix we can do for this login issue?
