Hi, I've been following http://irowiki.org/c...ob_Change_Guide this guide and after I give the items needed to  Geschupenschte, he tells me to deliver the weapon to Bismarc in Comodo. When I talk to Bismarc however, he just gives me the generic response. I've tried talking to Geschupenschte in Alberta again but he still says to deliver to Bismarc. I'm stuck in a neverending loop! Help!

I suggest you sent ticket to WarpPortal support. I'm sure they can help you out with you're issue

just as a sanity check:

Are you sure you have the weapon with you?

Are you sure you are talking to correct npc? In particular

are you sure you were send to Bismarc in Comodo and not Bismarc in other town?

 

I guess we don't have "abandon quest" button (or so i was told) so ticket seems like the only option.

it happened to me too, it gave me the generic response but no vouchier and i realized after i came back to Geschupenschte. Gathered all the items again just to be sure i wasn't mad or something, and bismarck gave me the same response but this time with the vouchier, never send a ticker because i thought i missed somethin lol...
