hello we have a charakter with no name in oure guild, that buggs out the Member list, who is online/offline, and the Guildmaster can not kick this charaker because there is no name to "klick" on it.  no there is no  " , "  or " . " there is just nothing....

 

somebody any idee ? or could support do something ? ticket is sended many days ago but no respans at all...

 

sometimes he is displayed as "online" but never possible to reach him on the guild chat...

yes looks like it and now think about it if your guild would "build up" with this kind of ppl, and Gm / Support cant or wont do anything, than the guild can only "die"

Yea this is very annoying.. I have one in my guild but they are never on and it messes up the list when trying to look thru it.... i tried ALT+ keys even spaces to see if i could select or whisper them to kick em but no go on that.
