Fixes:

• Allowing Dead Branches in Dungeons
• Adding Storage option to Silvervine NPC

Updates:

• Path to 2-2 Classes
  • Before we can start releasing 2-2 Classes we need to get WoE going. Originally the plan was to have WoE in already. But wellllllll... stuff happened. Currently the process is as follows.
    • WoE Test
    • Fix issues with WoE
    • WoE Launch
    • Launch Sage
  • On 08/10 at 5PM-7PM PDT, we will be running the first event WoE to stress test the WoE Realm. There will be a door prize for all users that participate to be distributed afterwards. So make sure to show up and participate. Please note that this is NOT the final WoE Time but rather so we can have staff on hand to monitor and address as needed.
  • No one gets to keep the castle at the end of this event WoE.
• Compensation being planned for next week if our current luck with stability holds out.
   
• Summer Fishing Festival Continues!
  • If you haven't started the Fishing Festival yet, speak to Westley on the Alberta Docks to begin. There are a variety of rewards that are still available!
• Costume Box II: Gothic Egg
  • Costume Box I is staying for a little while, so new players just joining us can continue to buy.
• Race to Second Job Event continues and will be extended.
  • Any character that reaches second job during this event will get a unique reward.
  • Reward distribution continues! Speak to the Silvervine NPC in Prontera to claim your reward of a Costume King Poring Hat.

What is the silvervine system?

• The silvervine system is a way for players to gain access to item mall items and unique quest items through in game play or trade with other players.

How do I earn silvervine?

• The silvervine cats will offer a serious of tasks that can be completed for a silvervine. In V2 Silvervine can also be purchased with zeny (limitations apply).
• Silvervine Boxes can be purchased from other players that have purchased them in the item mall.

Wait what were those limitations?

• Characters will be limited to the amount of silvervine that can be earn during the month. Currently the plan is that each character can earn about 100 silvervine per month. Silvervine will be account bound so characters on accounts can pool their silvervine earnings. We will be evaluating how silvervine is earned and used to see if we need to change the system.

What can I use the silvervine for?

• Enriched/HD Ore and almost everything that is currently in the item mall.

What will you change in the future?

• Silvervine will be used to complete headgear event quests and some interesting cosmetic option quests we have planned for the future the future.

Aren't you worried about bots?

• We will be monitoring the bot situation for silvervine and adjust the system as needed to meet the needs of the server.

Two Questions:

1) How much longer, specifically, is Costume Box I staying in?

2) Is there an issue with the payment process and/or the support ticket process? I have been waiting for first-time purchase verification for two days now. My first ticket about it got a non-response and canceled my payment with no explanation, and the second ticket I sent has gone unreplied to, and my payment not accepted, for over 30 hours now. I'd really like to be able to support this game, please take my money!

Any plan in the near future, for the bots problem? form de 6k players online it's like 1k are mechants, 1k are living players and the other 4.x k are bots. 
Im glad that the server its stable now, but with so many bots.... well... just look xmas_dun02, anyway, i hope the woe goes well and soon see 2-2 classes implemented.

No way that 4k are bots. Login was showing ~2k when steam login was disabled and steam has nothing to do with the bot program.

The bots aren't going to give a -_-. They stay dead on the ground all the time in Toy Factory 2 when Stormy finds them. You'll really just end up making leveling and playing the game frustrating for actual people.

2. DB till every bot lays dead on the ground
3. clean up the DB-Monsters to make the dungeon playable again

Bots generate too much zeny that they can have unlimited amount of WoE potions without spending a dime. It's not about being selfish. It's about preventing abuse from bots.

 

Solve the bot issue then put it back on the silvervine cash shop.

It's already either bot-to-win or pay-to-win right now with these WoE potions. Without bots, it would be play-to-win or pay-to-win, which is of course, the favorable scenario.
