WoE is a team effort, so is leveling the guild.
The guild needs levels in order to get the skill for the guild.
1% tax isn't something you should be worried about.

I think you are playing the wrong game if you are noticing a 1% exp tax.

sadly my friend every one in this guild must pay at lest 1% tax to help level the guild for woe, all for one and one for all
i will update the info above to make this clear to anyone looking to join,(should have had it up there).
