I have my cylinder for example, got at real cheap price during this OCP. and I have some friends that buy it before for a few billions. I can agree if you want to recycle (as always) stuffs from previous OCP or other boxes, but the rate should remain as the first box it comes, at least when we talk about OCP. The rate should change only if the box saga changes, in my opinion.

i mean like, they could be at the same rate, because were talking about ocp3 which has freaking 37 different outcomes most of which were trash, and ocp7 has like a third of this, its bound to be easier to get one.

 

early ocps had a pretty bad design even if all the items were on the same rate on these boxes, its like 1/37 chance to get an especific item thats madness.

I disagree. I personally feel that things should deprecate over time, not have unintentional hype due to rarity (Most MVP cards Pre renewal). Beyond that if people know it is the same rate as before it would Discourage people to invest in the boxes as they would be extremely unlikely to get what they are seeking.

There are people who spent a lot of real money opening boxes with low rates. It's a smack to their faces when the newer box contains the same item at much much higher rates, much less real money. The issue is access to the previous OCP which contain meta-changing gears, hence the need to reintroduce the same box/gear, but OCP boxter solves that problem.

There's no sense to buy something for 100$ and next month for 50$ and  three month after for 20$

True but how many people remember when dress hats were released only to be outclassed by Ygg crows, and then to have that outclassed by Drooping pope!

 

The game has consistently been releasing items that deprecate older items to keep up with power creep. To assume that your purchase will keep cost and not be invalidated next week is like buying an iPhone 7 on release day and expecting them to never release an iPhone 8 much less that they wont drop the price.

 

Lots of people purchased the most recent box for the sole purpose of getting one of the MANY good items in it. That isn't to say I want game breaking rates for some items. (No I don't want to see LOL mob scarf at 50% rate! LOLOLOL!) But doubling the rate of the mob scarf and dropping it back into a box may not be a bad idea.

 

Though here are a list of some of the items I would like to see again sometime in the future before they are replaced:

Mob Scarf (I will be a little self centered with that one)
Sapphire Wrist

Arch Bishop Ring (I know its not even gone again but as a healer item; it is FANTASTIC)

Pororoca Shoes (Warlock love)

Keraunos (Super good Accessory for most melee classes)

Horn of Kirin (Hidden enchants on this are AMAZING for ASPD characters)
Enforcers Cape

Assassin's Despair

Ancient Elven Ear

Memory of Lovers

Solomon's Key [1]

Elemental Tights

Emerald Earring

Etran's Undershirt

Kirin Armor

Rose of Eden

Pale Moon Hat

King of Spirit Ring

Elemental Towel

 

 

Most of these are not Game breaking in larger numbers but instead encourage people to get boxes when they may not otherwise, mostly in the case when people do not like the super prize item and many of these items are medium cost (Amusing that medium cost items are 100m-300m).

• Everything on the server receives 75% EXP 25% Drops until 8/30. After that spotlight events will be returning to their older form where we spotlight certain quests in game. Such as the first of the new spotlights will be the Rockridge Story Quests.

I find this TI to be pretty easy for me. All of my 175 characters have the quests to come in and support with. And it's not hard if you have mid-range gears, and no stupid people.

ofc best in slot gears were replaced in the past and are expected to be replaced in the future but were not talking about that. Were talking about the rates at which the OCP gears are available. 

 

consider the current OCP, it has the best in the box of two/three previous boxes (at higher rates than their original box), not including the magican gloves and ab rings. This is honestly the best box and the most worth your money OCP. So why spend real money now when youre gonna get the same items at better rates for less money after a month or two?

 

Ofc WP can keep recycling old OCP at better rates but this will obviously anger those early buyers. Its like youre being robbed dude, it sucks. Reintroduction is fine, just please not too soon.

 

The gripe of most players is the availability of these OP gears since they appeared to be one time only cash shop item. These are game changing gears hence the higher demand. My argument is that, there is no need to reintroduce them in future boxes as grandma boxter makes all the previous OCPs available anytime. This allows for more new OP or interesting gears to be introduced. I much prefer that.

The gm should rethink the entire donation system. I spent a lot in last OCP, maybe 100 boxes open for nothing, even a single Mob Scarf, for sure i never buy another box again. Maybe if you can purchase certain amount of boxes for any item of the list could be good... Just for give an idea, but what about other item donations?, Reset Stone? Battle manual box? Blue Potion? any one buy this?? if the offer was more interesting in amount /price for sure you will sell more KP and no one will buy straws from bots or do RTM.
