So sad to see my mother MMO is in this state. But oh well, that's also the very main reason I quit the game. 

 

The only thing I can say is, If "someone" is talking about bosses and goals is, they have a point. But the one reaching out, or providing feedbacks are the "customers" of your "boss".

 

So if we want to compare this to reality. "Customers" are the bloodline of the company. Voices must be heard.
 

I agree with someone saying that the the people working on it is not doing bad, or not good at their job. Their Size is just too small for the project.

 

You need to invest to create money right. Might as well get more people to work with the community.

 

There one MMO-Action packed game that you might want to take as an example. Always have new content, classes, dungeons, events, prizes, rewards, revamps, skills, awakenings, tournaments, advertisements, Big Patches from time to time. 

 

I love warp portal, they are like one of the most stable servers world wide, it's just that, the updates are kinda slow. Maybe not for all, but yea.

I would like to know for serious what the Rose Team aka Genesis is currently working on? Is it the duping issue? Because it been going on for months and we get no updates. Is it some sort of class balance? Is it Game Arena fixing? Bug fixing? We hear nothing about what is currently being worked on and to be honest when I log in to the game, I go to my spot and AFK. Because I don't find it worthy to farm those gems, runes, armor, gems because what will I even do when I got everything? Just stand AFK again with my shining new armor? The Game Arena is broken and even if it was working, it would be boring because of the class balance we currently have. We have Clerics which are like knights, we have Raiders which are like hitman and so on. Dungeons are quite boring after you have run them for the 500th time. Me and some friends see duped items all over the market and even after getting reported, they are still here. We had this duping problem for about a year soon. Something needs to get done.
