After i Installed Gateway and tried to open it, this one pop up " The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail." Anyone know how to fix this?

i download the patch on gateway, but when i open it with dragonsaga.exe something pop up saying "No Disk" what's going on with the game? everything is messed up. I hope they fix it asap

I had the same problem because i was downloading the gateway with firefox browser but when i used google chrome browser to download it, it worked.

There are many problems, maybe Problem has the solution, all I can say is that WarpPortal doesn't have it under control. They bit more then they could chew basically. I mean they are managing around 6 games. Most companies manage only 1-2. They also have the casual games they have to maintain. So just please back off and let them do their job.

yes i have the same message on my other computer... i tried downloading with IE and google chrome and still no luck... is there a solution for this yet? i mean how are new players gonna come to dragon saga if gateway doesnt work
