How do I get the 4 day VIP on a steam account. The warpportal website doesn't allow me to do it and it isn't getting inserted automatically when i login.

I have a steam account, the VIP is not enabled yet. Can we get an eta? Tomorrow is the 14th and can't claim later.

It really sucks, and it feels like punishment. This weekend activity on server was really high, and we, steam users, were not able to enjoy it the way we were suposed to.

 

What makes me more frustrated is the lack oficina communication we have had on this issue. I feel completely neglected by the server authorities.

 

They made us a promise, a promise they failed to fulfill. We ask for a date, a ETA or at least something else than "steam account will be recieving VIP automatically" but we get no response

 

- When will we recieve VIP?

- Will it be on the weekdays or the next weekend, do we get to choose?

-Why we didn't recieve VIP in the first place?

 

Hopefully this will be a one time problem and if future events come by, the steam platform works as they say it will.

In past VIP events, Warpportal has always fulfilled their statements.

If the account ID qualifies then it will certainly obtain the gift VIP time, even if the action is delayed by a few days.

 

As of this moment there is no follow up on the status of VIP time insertion.

So kindly be patient.

I pay for 7 days of VIP just when the DDOS attack started to happend and could not get full use of the vip time I pay. I am qualified for the 14 day vip or at least get some time of those 7 day I almost could play due to the server status on tha momment?

i have 4 premium days but i can play because the server is lag bylian dungeon ultra bug more of 500 bots(all brazilian bot) and 4 premium to trash thx useles GM for no ban to -_- brazukas bots

With the bots, lagg , connectivity issues, slow ticket response ,random dcs and bugs... ... yeah pretty much.
