Hello, I have in my account ro2 8 characters but it happens that only with the main when I try to enter and finish loading to enter the black screen, I repeat only happens to me with the main character since with the rest of the characters I enter without inconveniences.

It sounds like you need to make a ticket. Here is the link to the support page.  In the body of the ticket, describe the problem in detail.

same thing happened to me but its only in morroc mailbox north. my monk got stuck cannot log in . then itested it with my warrior bring him at at same spot with my monk north mailbox morroc. same thing happened to my warrior cannot log in black screen.

hi there, is probably the same problem everyone is having, 

when that happen to me

 

i restart the game

log with another character

change char

log with the buged character

 

repeat till i can log

That's one of the most veteran bugs in RO2.

To fix it, there's many ways, so I'll state them from fast to slow.

First way: From character selection screen, open menu, and set all the scroll bars to the leftmost position. Accept, log in with that glitched character, then set the bars back.

If this didn't work, or you don't want to do it...

Second way: Close all RO2 you have on. Go to the instalation folder Local Disk (C:) > Gravity > Ragnarok Online 2 > User   . There, select the file with the name of the character. Delete it, and log in again.

If this didn't work, or you don't want to do it...

Third way: Restart. Restart the computer after having tried these two before.

If this didn't work, or you don't want to do it...

Fourth way: Reinstall. Uninstall the game, delete all the folder, save ScreenShots if you want to keep it, restart the computer, then install the game again. I suggest setting the bars in the middle in this case and log in in each of your characters before configuring anything again.

If this didn't work, or you don't want to do it...

Fifth and last way: Support. I don't suggest this because they don't always answer too fast, and it's not the kind of bug you need help to fix, but it's always an option.

 

Oh! Whichever solved it, try to move your character about 50m before disconnecting again, it sometimes happens again right after fixing it.
