Hello everyone,

 

I've been enjoying my stay here on the server, regardless of its...issues. <3 but I am really missing a Creative Section for this server in particular. I was thinking of making a thread in the Creative Section of iRO but realized that the servers are not the same. 

Could we get one here? To post Art, Screenshots, Videos, etc. It's a good place to promote Art shops, Twitch streams or youtube channels etc. Which essentially brings in more people to the server !

Oh, these ambiguous questions, that are actually asking something else, but people want to be witty.
When it comes to art, in essence they are all portraying Ragnarok online fanart, so no there is no difference. 
The difference lies in where they are advertised and found, on this particular forum.

As you can see there are a few servers are bunched up under the Ragnarok Online 1, section and this server Re:Start, as it's own section. Thus, it might need it's on sub forum, which is why I made this thread.

I hope my answer has cleared up any further questions you may have as well!

And what if there's RO artists that jump between servers? Would they have to make 2 threads (one for Classic/Renewal, one for Revo-Classic)? Seems like unnecessary extra work for those artists.

Neeri, opening new subsections is possible. Though there might be redundancy concerns, regardless let's see what the staff say.

There's not much point until they start rewarding artists on Odin for loading screens. Last I was informed, they didn't have that on the agenda yet.

Hard work indeed, but the choice is theirs. Currently there is no choice.

VMod; Thank you man. I can understand the redundancy concern, but the way the forum is laid out right now, I can see a point in having it in the Re:Start section.

The current loading screen contest that's featured in the creative section gives or rewards for both Renewal and Classic servers. If they decide to reward Revo-Classic on there, then there's really no need to split up the iRO art community. And I doubt the CMs want to split up the art community either when that means they'll have to host and manage the same contests in both sections. Artists are already indicating which server they want payments on in their art threads. The current setup is already convenient for artists, forcing them to choose between Renewal, Classic, and Revo-Classic is a bit unfair.
