Hello. I can't register Ragnarok Restart account at my warpportal account. After I fill all fields and tap "register" it shows me next page with this message:
 
"Please enable Javascript on your browser.
 
Also, please download or upgrade Flash before you proceed, if not already present or wrong version is installed.
 
 
I have had update flash and java, but still nothing. What I am doing wrong?

 

 

Have you tried another web browser? Note that Adlock or security applications that hook themselves to web browsers may cause issues when accessing Warpportal services.

Thank you for answer. Yes I tried another web browser without adblock, same thing. But I found solution - I installed Ragnarok: Restart from Steam and there I was able to make new account.

Just did another insert will check for more in a couple hours.


Make sure you submitted the ticket with the right title and you should be okay.

As stated on https://forums.warpp...-error-message/ new warpportal account is unable to create both RO and RO Restart account.

 

Official publisher in our country is very bad. Population has been declined more than 70%. Thanks to iRO we have alternative. Many of them has moved to iRO. But since that restriction, they can not create RO account anymore. Our country RO market is very potential. More than 10k players has quit from this official publisher. There should hundred to thousand players can possibly join iRO.

 

Please reconsider the policy.

Can i ask why i cant log in my account. Even ill change my pasword but allso i cant change my password wht like that im not using bot all time why i cant log in can.pplease help me GM CM please.. /Sobp

Haven't been able to log into any of my accounts for 6 days now. This happened almost immediately after I paid for VIP which now seems like a waste since I haven't even been able to use it. Submitted a ticket 6 days ago and still no response. Trying to be patient, but 6 days with no word after paying for something is a bit rediculous, wondering if I should just dispute my paypal payment at this point?
