According to the post "Next Scheduled Ticketed insert is 5PM PDT 8/5/2017. " I don't know how long it takes but I'm still waiting.

I invited my brother and a few friends to play. But they keep getting the rejected account window during the login phase. Do they need to pm you their accounts?

When i click to submit a ticket it wants me to select a department. Ragnarok Restart is not on the list so which department do i send the ticket to?

This is a dumb way to implement new users. I can't believe I downloaded a game I have to wait to play. You need to have a big notice that tells people about this issue before they waste their time and bandwidth downloading a game they can't play yet. Don't bother adding my account to list of new users, I'm deleting it right after i write this.

I made one yesterday and foolishly bought VIP to go with it, then realized all this was happening and submitted a ticket like the thread asks. As of today the account still can't log in. obligatory wheresmyfreeVIPday

Just did another insert will check for more in a couple hours.


Will I be able to be inserted on the next ticketed insert? I sent a ticket yesterday but didn't select the account recovery topic. 

Make sure you submitted the ticket with the right title and you should be okay.
