Greetings all!

 

We are currently aware that after the past maintenance some players were affected by some issues. We are aware of the following:

• Display issues while using the Russian language
• Character models being invisible/only the armor of a character is displayed
• Crashing issues when certain items are linked/equipped
• Log in errors

Please know we are actively looking into each report. If you are experiencing any issue that is not currently listed please feel more than welcome to list it here, send a message to me, or contact the support team. Additionally if you are being affected by any type of crash or invisibility issues please either contact the support team with your character information or message me directly. This will help ensure we are aware of all issues and can report them in a  timely manner.

Since a lot of players are affected to these errors, causing them to lose a lot of stuff / guild events/ etc etc. during the bug process.. We deserve some good event compensation.. not a 1 day useless 200% exp event.. last time they did an exp event . it was a total waste and useless due to server issue yet again..

Out of those listed, I do get an error before logging in. It would say Error 08. When I click OK the same error pops up again. Another OK and it finally goes away. I can still login normally, but I just thought to mention it here.

Can't change the language it's in russian and the client displays "???????" marks 

if I set the options in the launcher to english it keeps changing to russian

 

any clue?
