I along with what seems to be several individuals have come accross issues with this 24 hour verification period when purchasing points...i have limited time to play and have not played so that i can better utilize the limited hours i have to play with the purchasable benefits such as VIP and EXP manuals. But it seems it is made extremely difficult for us to contribute to the livelyhood of the game and its funding. Please help...I have not recieved the promised confirmation email upon purchase and my card has not been charged for the purchased WP. I just want to be charged and compensated so that i may purchase again...also will i have to go through this hassel when i make a purchase using a different card? Because thats gonna be very very not so fun...

I have submitted a warp portal support ticket and have a ticket number to provide if needed.
