That's intended; from the Restart FAQ:

 

"Who can play?

Generally any one who can currently register and play iRO will be able to register a Ragnarok Online RE:START account. However, unfortunately due to our obligations with overseas partners, users registering from the Philippines will not be to create new Ragnarok Online RE:START accounts."

Has the WOE test happened? I logged in, waited and nothing showed up, I gone to the castles and no people, no warps...

Login to server > Disconnect.

retry > disconnect after server select

retry > disconnect after char select

retry > connecting to the game server

change zone > Disconnect from game

 

Repeat ad infinitum.

 

This is getting frustrating.

 

How many days of DDOS and Bots do we need to make progress?

 

Same here, and after all this when I'm in a game... brutal lags and almost every warp disconnect me again and again and again... Nice find after what I came home from work... I will keep my fingers crossed for fast solution

Im actually quite entertained by how many shark memes this guy has.

You do get annoying sometimes mr shark, but whatever floats your boat.

Anyone here can explain why i cannot connect in your server during woe. I've herad your banning the globe(ISP Provider here at philippines) it unfaur for the player of the phils... We prepared for that moment but the result is unforgettable bad day... Any cm or gm please answer my question.....
