If you press the link to the wp ticket system it says the service is unavailable..

 

 

I've been waiting for one week for an answer on my ticket and now the side is down.

I have a really big problem and still get no answer... 

 

 

But why is the ticket system down? I can't find any post in the forum..

The ticket system did have a technical issue this morning around 2AM PDT, but this issue should have been resolved and you should not be able to access your tickets once again.
