i cant create a new Ragnarok Re:Start account using a new warpportal account.
is there a thing need to be done in able to create a new account for Re:Start?

Due to some agreements, users registering from the Philippines and Brazil will not be able to create new Restart account IDs.

For Philippines players, they're to go play on the new pRO's Revo-Classic server. For Brazil players, probably going to get Revo-Classic on bRO eventually.
