Until when can we claim the free VIP?

I'd like to know this too, for the 4 day free vip when's the deadline to claim? The linked page refers to the previous vip gift dates

I thought they were gonna insert the 10 days VIP for those who had VIP from July 25th? I registered my 30 day VIP on the 23rd, does that mean mine doesnt count? where's the logic in that?

hi why every time I open the warpprotal redownlaod the patch

 

and I run the game as an administrator

and it did happen to me before and I delete the game and download it I have slow enternet and the pathc things take too much time
