So Overtrust Level 9/10 requires you to have to invest 4 skill points into it in order to make it to level 10 which isn't normal all of the other skills only require 1 point(s) need to address this in a future patch.

It is working as it should be. Instead of higher level they made it into level 10 and if you calculate the bonus it gave, it should cost 5 points even if it cost 1.

All second class skills require 1pt up to a certain lvl....10pt skills start at 8=2pts 9=3pts, 10=4pts... 15pt skills start at 12 i belive and 20pt skills start at 17... so they are working as programmed..
