Here's a few tips;
1.) Weekend tickets will not be answered until Monday usually. A lot of WarpPortal staff have Weekends off it seems.
2.) If there's no response between 48-72 hours on weekdays only, then it's appropriate to assume there's something off.
3.) Ticket priority depends usually on the severity of the situation. Lost items/characters typically prioritize ill-mannered reports or Suggestions/Questions.
4.) Bug reporting typically is better to PM the developer Popcorn on the forums. He may ask you to write a ticket and PM him the number.
5.) Support often sifts through dozens if not hundreds of tickets of varying scenarios. They gotta make sure all are read/answered.

Typical wait time is approximately a week in my experience a bit more if you submit the ticket on a weekend. They typically deal with tickets for all of warp portal's games.

ticket turn around rate have sucked recently. they are probably swamped due to sh1tload of issues that have hit warpportal in the past few weeks.

How to submit a ticket, Can I change my forum name. The account was created on steam, as a result. I have this long-a** number as a name.

You can choose 'Dragon Saga' as Department and for Type of ticket choose Technical/Web Support. That's how I got my steam-generated username changed

If you make a support account, then you can view and reply to your tickets at the website rather than waiting for an email. Here is the link to make a support account. To find the ticket you are looking for, you can follow this guide.
As you know, WP has been experiencing DDOS attacks recently and many tickets from every game have been created as a result of these attacks. Support is swamped right now so please be patient until they get to your ticket.

waited 1 Month for an process to my Ticket. 30 Days. The Problem still remains but got no Answer in 15 Days I closed it then .
That was 2 Weeks ago.

If you're talking about a Dragon Saga Issue please provide me by PM with the ticket-number and I will check back what happened.

Thanks Popcorn appreciate your offer to Help.
It was only Customer support related.
Since i get ignored from CM AndraSyte in PM`s or on the Requiem Forum i posted it here.
But my Invoker doing fine as well.
Oh and ya i will keep my Post related to the right Forum in the Future don`t worry.
I`m not here for Drama.
