The post had said that upon logging in the VIP trial would be active. This is not the case for me. I've tried going in game to the cash shop to see the purchasable VIP options and the only option is the 30 day for $7. Can someone please point me in the right direction so I can at least enjoy a day of VIP maybe?

Go here.

 

Register an account (if you want), and click "submit ticket".

 

In the department, choose "Ragnarok Online". I think you should be able to figure out the rest from there.

 

 

 

Keep in mind, the post also said that the VIP insertion may extend into the weekend. I'd suggest being a little more patient than submitting a ticket right now.

For Steam users, the times will be inserted automatically, you don't need to purchase anything.

Though, it seems like many accounts WP and Steam have yet to get the VIP times. Waiting till office hours to verify the matter.

This whole thing has been very frustrating, its the 14th already and still no official update on whats going on.  I have no idea if my account is WP or Steam type since i can login on both, yet neither one gives me the option to start the 4 day VIP thing.  Do i need to submit a ticket or just keep waiting with the hopes that i'll eventually get what was promised, even though today is the deadline?

Just wait for now, I have informed the community managers about this. We are looking to hear an update from the staff soon.

1- Log into your master account on Warpportal website [Login page here].
2- Click on Power-UP.
3- Click on the + sign next to your desired Restart Account ID, you will be redirected to the redemption page.
4- Click on VIP package tab.
5- Choose the 4 days VIP option found under Select a product panel.
6- Proceed as appropriate.
