Cant get 4 days free VIP!

How come i cant power up my account?  Everytime i click on power up, it says payment error.  I talked to a few people and they said that if you changed your ISP and its not the same IP you used to power up your account the last time.  You automatically get the "payment error" message.  I have changed my ISP since the last time i powered up my account.  Please help!!! I want my 4 days free VIP!!!

I had the same issue -- it was my adblocker. Disabled it, worked fine.

its not the adblocker.  i have disabled adblocker, anti virus, and pretty much every program except web browser and it still gives me the same error.

i tried firefox, chrome, and internet explorer.  They all game the same "payment error" message.

same with me..try to my phone.and another connection..use vpn..still payment error..

I got this response from the ticket i sent in:

 

Thank you for taking your time in sending us a ticket. I understand that your concern is regarding your First Payment Verification. Upon checking the details, I found that your first payment has been verified. For more information, you may refer to this link:

 

No where does it says that they will give me the 4 days VIP on my account.  I think that they don't understand the reason i sent in the ticket in the first place.  I specifically said I can not get the 4 days VIP because the system is not letting me use the "power up" feature.  How can I get the 4 days VIP now since this is a error on the Warpportal end and not by user error!?!?!

I got payment error on my 2nd WP account too, while everything is normal on my main account. Same browser, same IP address.....same everything.

Already sent a ticket 3 days ago, but no reply. I guess I go bother Cinnamon too (PM my ticket number)

Received 3 different tickets in PM.

 

Please understand that at this hour it would be difficult to get an update on the status of the tickets.

The payment staff supposedly operates during office hours through the week. Rest assured a follow up notification was submitted about the tickets, hopefully we hear something soon.

 

For now be patient and remember to not send multiple tickets of the same!
