Im currently level 95 svd knight ,
Str = 80
Agi= 30
Vit = 80
Dex= 50

Whe to put the remaining statpoints? Is 40 agi will be good for aspd bb spaming?

with 40 agi you'd be sitting at 170 attack speed which should work well

after that get your str and vit both up to 84 and put the remaining points into either int or luk as you see fit (3 int or 3 luk)

With 30 agi now , i got 182 aspd with priest buffs and two hand quicken , is it noticeable the difference between 30 agi and 40 on BB? And why 3 luk and 3 int? Is it any way to calculate the stats since we are in revo-classic i dont know where to calculate the stats.

i'm not 100% sure how much of a difference there is between 30 agi w buffs for BB and 40 agi w buffs for BB (I don't have a Knight, my Swordsman is going Crusader when that does eventually get added in).

or

http://calc.irowiki.org/newcalc/

Note that both sites above are stat calculators for figuring out how your stats will be in your build (so you don't have to worry about screwing something up). I can't find a battle simulator anywhere.

the first is more of a classic calculator, the second is a renewal calculator. the reason I'm linking both is that REStart makes no sense with it being a mix of classic and renewal mechanics, so I have no idea which of these is more accurate.

Added Note: So I did a bit of looking around on the forums, so far your stat distribution is accurate as is your priority.

That being said, it seems that for a decent BB you need more Dex and Agi (plus having some Int seems to help for casting reasons)

So you would keep Str and Vit where they are.

Boost your Agi to 39, your Dex to 60 and your Int to 10.
