Class Adjustments (Testing Phase #3)

PvP only multiplier changes this time.

 

Magician->Monk->Priest->Invoker   x1.4 (PvP)
Archer->Hunter->Pathfinder->Sentinel  x1.2 (PvP)
Shaman->Summoner->Elementalist->Earth Master  x1.4 (PvP)

 

Skill Changes

Specialist: Flash Bang
- the effect Blind has been replaced by a 1.5s stun effect (all skill levels)

 

Sorcerer: Octopus Ink Gun
- the duration of the stun effect has been increased to 2.1s (all skill levels)

 

Twin: Power Weave (PvP only)
- the cooldown has been increased by 1s

 

 

 

Guild UI Enhancement

 

The number of members in the guild and the maximum number of guild members possible for the particular guild level are now displayed

 

The entries in the member list are now colored to indicate their activity state:

Normal dark text color: Member is either online or has been logged in within the last 7 days
Orange-brown-ish color: Member has been logged in within the last 8~14 days
Red color: Member has been logged in within the last 15~30 days
Grayed out: Member has not logged in for 31 days or more

 

A new button Activity has been added with which the list can be sorted by the member's activity (means that the members are sorted by their color: normal, orange, red, gray)

Fixes and Changes

- Compensation Quests have been removed
- the balloons in the Vending Machine have been replaced by the Two-Headed Dragon and the QQ Balloon
 

Known Issues
We found a bug in the calculation of the Offensive Aura skill. It will be worked on.

 

MixBoard and BigWheel
Due to the DDoS attacks the rotation of MixBoard and BigWheel have been delayed to the next regular maintenance

About flash bang, have tests on it been done in regards to its bad habit of lagg-walking?

About flash bang, have tests on it been done in regards to its bad habit of lagg-walking?

 

Yes, we weren't able to reproduce lag-walking after we added the stun effect. We can't for sure reproduce the environment of the live server. So this is a testing phase. Please let us know if there are any further issues with it.

Mixed feelings here went from a 4 second blind w/ lag walk to a 1.5 second stun w/ no lag walk, 10 seconds for a 1.5 second stun. Why replace the blind couldn't keep them both? How's the flight path?

Because blind has no real usage. It is Final Evade and Final Aim Rate reduction which has no sense at all.

The replacement of the effect does not change the skill behavior at all except for the fact that the blind effect which does basically nothing has been replaced by a stun effect which does something.

Wow didn't even know it was only a 1.5sec duration the immobility time failure as a destroyer!!  :sob: is it possible to give it same flight pattern as h.e grenade?

What about it's hit penetration abilities does it go through block still or is there a hit involved now?

Maybe you're looking at wrong blind status infliction flashbang supposedly keeps them blinded (white screened) for 4 second's 

 

Blind aka Loss of Eyesight does not do the white screen effects.It's still there because it's coming from the skill function directly not from the Blind debuff. So finally Blind as a standalone debuff makes no sense.

Actually a serious question and not meant to sound like im complaining, but the Octopus Ink Gun already feels like a 2 second Cast Animation, is it even worth is using this skill? It feels like i cant move that long as the person im MAYBE stunning with like only a 45% chance

Maybe it just feels like this to me idk

Tl;dr the cast animation is as long as the stun duration (feels like this to me), so it wouldnt even matter if i use it or not

Must first look into it, tbh. Never changed something like that. It highly depends on how it is done. It can be done by the animation or there might be some options for that. If it's based on the animation we need to wait for working tools. And since I can only do things step by step this will take a while.

We will see how it will be on the live servers, skill himself sounds pretty good.


The Guild Update with the different colours is a really good idea(even tho i dont have a guild xd) , but wouldnt it look cooler to make the name of the Online people "Green"?
And offline people black (Who logged in last 7 days)

Actually a nice Guild update that is much appreciated, will help out a lot for bigger guild who have trouble finding players to kick!

Now, is there a way to do the thing with clearing the application list as I suggested like a year ago? Since it's really annoying seeing players that you accepted a year ago still have their names in the application list with the status waiting for them to log in and check T-board.

The UI update sounds god-like, great job.

 

 

As an end game player I don't really understand the need for pvp only normal damage changes, they make no difference to me. Especially the one on invokers is quite funny, I actually hit 1s on people with high defense when I didn't have element damage due to the dmg reduction over a few hits.

 

Those stun durations sound low, especially flash grenade's one since it'll be their only hard cc move excluding chain combo.

 

Quick question/suggestion:

Is it possible to make superior and premium markets open back up automatically after maintenances? Due to my time zone I can never log back in after the maintenance has started and pretty often there are multiple ones a week. It also makes buying stuff after maintenances hard as people have to log on to get their shops open, less shops means higher prices usually.

The total time disabled remains the same for flashbang I was really just hoping it'd fly the same way H.E Grenade did but out of reach atm the update basically solidifies what destroyer already has which is  appreciated. The only thing I'd be worried about if  it still pierces blocks, for anti twin purposes.

Thanks a lot for the guild UI update which is a really great thing.

 

Also thanks for the Flash Bang change, I hope this skill will finally be working properly ! Though I'm afraid that Destroyers will still have a lack of catching opportunities since Flash Bang and Chain Combo stun aren't instant, while other classes have instant, longer, AoE CC. But well, let's try it in-game before giving some feedback.

i got one question. is the guild UI will  work directly for every guild member or the timer will start when the patch is done?

 

like if we have a ex: 41 day inactive already will it show when we will log after the maintenance? or every one will be in Normal dark text color:?

The new Guild UI  will count past time to give accurate information immediately, it will not just begin gathering data once it is implemented with the patch.

The server maintenance is complete and the server is back up! Please patch your clients before entering the game

 

Changes: Activity Sort Feature in the Guild UI is not functioning at this time. This is being worked on to be fixed for next weeks maintenance.

Can confirm flash-bang lag-walks after the stun, but helpful nonetheless.
