if the game gets a fix to prevent any type of dupe(unlikely) and get a hold on the bots, then maybe. The way it is it would only be an issue that could lead to a market crash.

Because then the issue becomes whether it is duped or not. And if you need to send tickets in every time to verify if the tokens are real, you have just destroyed the very purpose for this idea, managing trades without GM assistance. Your idea is good but there are many impending variables you need to be aware of.

Well i'm kinda hoarding my Gold/Silver/Platinum Bullions from OGH in my Kafra to act as emergency cash tokens. I wish they hold more value

This sounds like a good idea. Or just make a new item '1b zeny token/coupon', which can be converted into 1b zeny. This way we can store this item in kafra and use them when we need zeny.

And an item to zeny banking system/exchange is just going to exacerbate inflation and enable the bots to launder zeny more easily, even more so, cheaters could easily dupe said items and provide themselves with an infinite amount of zeny.

KAFRA Points? Are going to be replaced by DIAMONDS.

Hoarders Gold,Silver,Platinum can go bust if conversion to ZENY becomes dependent on

We should PUT A CAP ON ZENY CONVERSION plus DIAMONDS are used in

RAGNAROK JOURNEY why can't we use it in RAGNAROK1/RESTART/ROPH !

While RODEX is convenient the CAP ZENY CONVERSION is an entirely different matter. I still believe that Diamonds are a good Zeny Cap determinant and as a means of trade.

Adding another currency to exchange to does nothing to lower the price of things it simply proliferates inflation. The same thing happened when the zeny cap was raised; Inflation skyrocketed because now there was no artificial limit on the price of things being traded.

 

At this point the only direct way to resolve these issues is to take a HARSH CUT to the amount of zeny in game. Not move too or add a new currency that is equal to some random amount of zeny. (We already have that in treasure boxes...) but we need to remove money from the game faster then we generate it at the current rate with bots and the like.
