I'm wonderin if HO is viable till lvl99? I'm using bb svd knight and planning to supply myself with bloody rings everyweek.. or is there any faster way than this?.. any justified suggestion is welcome. Thank you

HO is the easiest option to 99. CT HO not the field map, the spawn sucks there.

The other options include Magma dungeon, Raydrics. But these require far better gear and a Friend Priest willing to slave it for you without EXP share. You could pay a good priest to support you. There are people selling Leech services, Pretty sure Support priests sell support services too.

The best map for making 99s is Alde Guild Dungeon. Thats not implemented though.
