Because most players start going to Low TI when they reach 85.  Before that, one can usually grind on the Juno BB's (Grand Peco, Goat, Harpy)

 

But OP is a Priest.

 

Only way for her to kill stuff alone is Heal Bombing Wraiths+Evil Druids @ Glastheim, if she goes Magnus Exorcismus later she could mob Harpies for leveling faster.
