2. 100% Water Resist:

Leaf Cat Card 10%
Marse Card 30%
Kafra Blossom Card 10% x2
Valkyrjar's Shield 20%
Coldproof Potion 20%

 

3. Full Range/Demi Resist (Mob Scarf Ver.):

Pom is technically better, so is 130 dex (Not to mention the options for shadow equipment). Guides are there to help people get a general idea and hopefully not for them to copy in full.

Is he able to achieve no cast masq with that dex/int or is it because the video is sped up ? or probably due to external buffs + insane food stacking.

Indeed best in slot will be RPB, have them both but for fashion I just use CEB, and with tons of DEX from full buffs and foods its easy to pull insta-casts.

You can also go with close to 90% demi reductions with some of the recent ocp gears. At that point, nothing but irreduceable damage should be killing you.
