so does every aeria game account need to send a ticket ?

just to get their account transferred or

all accounts will be transfered eventually to WP

At this time, every Aeria account requiring conversion to a WP account will need to be handled through a ticket. For anyone still needing to open a ticket, please visit this post for more information. 

 

AERIA GAMES: SERVICE CLOSURE AND ACCOUNT RECOVERY

 

If you have multiple RO2 accounts on Aeria, you can include them all in the same ticket. Accounts, including characters and items, are safely stored on our side, and our major concern is making sure that they are converted appropriately. Our GM team is working hard to process these tickets, and you can help speed up the process by including as much of the information as possible that is requested in that post. 

 

Posting about your ticket status on the forum does not speed up the process. Tickets are being processed as they are received. If you have any other questions on the topic please let us know. Thank you for your patience.

lol aug 19 2017 its getting closer and closer to  1 year and my accounts are still fkd kinda seems hopeless now
