my char is hybrid auto blitz

30% AGi stats

25% DEX stats

20% LUCK stats

at level 90 i have 20% auto blitz chance.

 

I do NOT pvp and perhaps will join the occasional WoE if the timezone meets mine. other than above, most time is PvE

 

How useful is Archer set in PvE??

 

Alligator - Reduces damage received from ranged attacks by 5%. => not great

Anolian - Adds a 3% chance of using Improve Concentration Lv 1, or Lv 10 if learned by the user, when physically attacked. => useless

Cruiser - Gives a CRIT +7 bonus when attacking Brute race targets. Increases damage from critical attacks by 10%. => ok

Dragon Tail = AGI + 1. FLEE + 10. Increases the damage inflicted with Double Strafe and Arrow Shower by 5%. => useless as 5% little and i not need much Flee because i go mid level map

Merman - HP and SP Regeneration + 10% - ok

 

The set bonus i find only these 2 useful

AGI + 5. DEX + 3

Increases damage with ranged attacks by 20%

 

 

SHOULD i ditch the Archer set and slot individual useful card e.g. whisper, maytr, hunter, zerom etc.

i personally never try the archer set, but is it really not useful?

 

I mean you can kill faster with bonus set "Increases damage with ranged attacks by 20%"

combine it with another AS card, you got another 10%

( if using arba or gak [2] )

 

with dragon tail card,  actually you can kill raydric archer with 2x DS right?

you can slot 2xAS card to get ranged atk by 20% 

i am also not sure myself IF i should go with archer set...

Hello Everyone,

​I guess it depends on what gear you have. I have a +7 luna with Cruiser Card and Archer Skel Card for a total of 30%(archer card set) ranged damage. Also if you get a elemental bow which increases damage with elemental arrows 20% and if you have the archer card set you can get an adddtional 20% ranged damage. However the one problem i have with the set is that if you go to an area where they break armor or weapon then there goes all your boost.

I don't use it.

 

I got a +7gakk with 2 AS, wich i think is a lot better, so i can use a bathory and up at anubis, for example...
