If it was an item mall item that was consumed it can be restored. For everything else we cannot. We will extend the current EXP/Drops event to make up for lost play time.

The IT team is fixing the issue to prevent it from happening again.

Automatic, but consumed item mall items will need to be ticketed in about if it wasn't purchased during that period.

About the last two hours 45 minutes.

 

Hi Campitor - I posted this in the previous thread last time the server was @&#%$&^# itself but never got a response.

 

VIP got extra time as compensation but the fishing event was not extended despite us losing nearly a week (if not more) due to D/Cs and the server being down during the DDOS attacks.

 

I just lost ~3 hours of time & points today.

 

This is probably lower priority but I'd really appreciate if ya'll could consider extending that event by at least a week to make up for cumulative lost time.
