It's less about being harder and more of a developer fight.
We all know they've got as many or more developers than Gravity, working on keeping the bots workable on servers. Now that RE:Start posed a challenge, they're probably even more focused on bypassing this. It's all about Gravity keeping the updates frequent so they get tired of bypassing or thinking about a bypass that a developer would look at and feel lazy about doing it.

Exactly. Then the trend would probably be... 2k players 1-2 days post-maintenance then 8-9k before maintenance, as long as Gravity sends in a new update weekly.

I have but one favor to ask of the staff: Considering the downtime we have all experienced of late, is it too much to ask for the maintenances to be handled in such a way as to attempt to reduce downtime? If the work is done quickly and early, could we possibly have an early opening of servers? I would be very very thankful! {{{ Hugs }}}
- Edit: There really are some of us who don't and haven't resorted to botting. However, I'm sure everyone is aware of how hard it is to afford items in shops when we haven't built the zeny cache that botters have been able to accrue. So, yeah, my asking of the favor to open as early as possible comes from the perspective of someone whose main playing time is in the afternoon to early evening and I need to work my butt off to catch up!

Less actually. There are leading programmer for the bots in time he'll get tired of everyone's and stop uploading the reviewed bot program for others and they'll be on their own doing. So while now it's 8k next time might just be 7k then slowly go down till there's a steep drop. People will get tired of trying, not all but most of them. Ofcourse the gold sellers will be the first ones in because they're running a business not just trying to be a scrip kiddie.

I should give vip to all players, not only what you think was affected, I wanted to play myself, it was the only time I could play and I could not because of these problems, I think it's very unfair and frustrated with all those problems in the Server ... I thought you were going to reward the whole community, after all we do not have so much time to play and at the time we play the server all the time off, either by bot, or by rollback, anyway, discouraged with the server in the way that the Things are ... the least I expected from the Re: Start team was at least 1 day of vip released ...

PLEASE STAFF GET RID OF BOTS AGAIN
THE LAG HAS BEEN TERRIBLE.
Like others have said, bots are now looting groups of mobs before I even can.
And their pickup rate is ungodly fast, they steal items.
i can't understand why they dont allow us to use @autoloot and the @noks....

Because this is not PS and never will be.i can't understand why they dont allow us to use @autoloot and the @noks....
If you love @autoloot very much , you can uninstall this and go back to PS.
Every command you wrote is violating the rules from gravity , wake up and grow up at least once in your lifetime

Those feature had never been in the original game nor will it be in the official server. I never played private server, so for most official server players. That feature will be very awkward and not very ROisque

This is actually an easy fix. They could increase the timeout on dropped items before it becomes FFA allowing the rightful owner a bigger window to pick up the item. Currently the window is very small and as a result items get stolen.
