I’ve seen JRO has released this kind of headgears to the game recently.
Zodiac Headgears Set #1 : 14th Anniversary Event : Golden Precious Tour (Nov 29th until Dec 13th, 2016)
Leo Diadem [1]
Upper headgear, Def 7, Required lv 80+, 40 weight, all jobs
(1) Increases user’s physical damage by 6%.
(2) Reduces SP consumption by 5%.
(3) Set bonus with “Leo”,
- Agi +8.
- Aspd +5%.
Virgo Crown [1]
Upper headgear, Def 7, Required lv 80+, 40 weight, all jobs
(1) Increases user’s magical damage by 6%.
(2) When user uses “Heal”, “Sanctuary”, “Potion Pitcher (Aid Potion)”, “Highness Heal” or “Coluseo Heal”, increases their recovery power by 10%.
(3) Set bonus with “Virgo”,
- MaxHP +4%.
- MaxSP +4%.
- Natural SP recovery +50%.

Acquisition
While the 14th anniversary event was active, there were a lot of crystal monsters inside instance dungeons around the game world. Defeat them and report back to Natsumi to earn rewards as a fragments and an event point for trading more random items.
200 fragments make a complete version of each type.
Random items include special and exclusive cards for this event too.
Requiem Knuckle + Concentration Potion + Shrimp Augratin (Agi+6) + Cenere Card + Leo Diadem = Aspd 193

Taurus Crown [1]

- Vit +1, Int +1
- Increases recovery power of “Milk” by 300%
- Every attack that successfully hit a target recovers SP by 2.

- MaxHP +10%, MaxSP +10%
- Additional HP +50 and SP +3 for every monster defeated.
Acquisition
From the event “My exciting adventure story : Dabber, the resurrected vicious god” (currently active - at the time I’m writing this topic). By playing Instance Dungeon : Cave Temple 1, 2 and 3 (easy, normal and hard respectively), there will be a treasure chest with trap. Players will have to answer the question correctly or trapped with negative effects.
Received rewards are stored in the system’s memory and need to be appraised only by Leryuna outside.
1 day per 1 reward. Fragment of Taurus/Cancer will also be given. 200 of them make a complete version.
I’m pretty sure there will be future releases for other Zodiacs.
