i see so many WR is going for STR stat, Has the meta now changed?
is knight still need BT and int?

Hello Ruroumi,
luckily a few months ago WP has made some changes to bring more balance between classes.
Currently INT is capped at 1000. Everything past it won't help your Battle Tactics to deal higher damage!
That is why Warriors and Knights now go for STR/AGI build at most!
