Does anyone know if this is like Lucky Dodge in RO or if it's just a chance to evade critical strikes.  Has anyone tested it?

There is a card called Dancing Marionette Card that gives you Physical Critical Flee +30% and the Fake Angel Card also gives you +5% Physical Critical Flee.

 

But notice that both are for shield slots and the first card is an MVP card. 

 

Unfortunately i didnt have the chance to test it.

Yes Physical Critical Flee on ROJ is just like Lucky Dodge in RO. Though it should be called Critical Evasion in ROJ.
