Hello i reached the quest, leader of the rack ufs and when i try to enter the dungeon i see that max lvl is 21 and i am 23. I am not sure how to fix this and really would like to continue if there is something iam missing? just did all the quests that i came upon and now stuck.

There's no max level for dungeons, that's just the recommended range of levels to attempt it. However, all dungeons starting from South Plains are balanced around party play, so you'll have a hard time if you try to do it on your own.

 

It might not be impossible, but you'll need to be prepared for long battles with a lot of healing.

don't enter it from the dungeon menu, go to south plain and enter from there, or was it divided plain? i don't know, go to where it's located and enter.
