    I read this from ro.dodlercon long ago and believe most people already know that JRO has their own training ground system called “Adventurer’s Academy” while other servers have Criatura or Eden Group.

    As a rough Google search, I believe these haven’t been translated by anyone yet. So let me fill the details.

What is Level Up Box ?
- A box given by the academy staff when players first register their newly created characters.
- This box has a “Required level” labeled upon. One must raise the base level to meet this condition before opening.
- Variety of items are given when opened. As well as the next box which requires higher level.
- A lot of items that can only be purchased by real money are included. (Details below)
- This box was implemented to the game since May 26th, 2015. Intended to facilitate the character’s grow up processes become a lot easier.

Items inside the box
    Like mentioned before, there’s a required level written on the box and player needs to get a couple of level up in order to open it. Let’s see which item player will get for each step.

Base Lv 1 : 1 Equipment Exchange Ticket - [Costume] Beginner’s Hat

[Costume] Beginner’s Hat

Lower position costume, Required level 1, All jobs
(1) Hit +30
(2) MaxHP + 1000
(3) MaxSP + 200
(4) Cast time -10%
(5) Increases recovery power of “Novice Potion” by 50%.
(6) Increases recovery power by 150% when user uses “Heal”, “Sanctuary”, “Potion Pitcher (Aid Potion)”, “Highness Heal” or “Coluseo Heal”

(I was a bit shocked seeing my Lv60 acolyte did 3000 Heal last year)

 

(7) When user uses “First Aid”, sends the user back to “Master Sunusu” at the Adventurer’s Academy. (He provides more Novice Potion on the condition of certain cooldown)
(8) For every 10 base levels raised,
    - Hit -3
    - Cast time +1%
    - MaxHP -100
    - MaxSP -20
    - When user receives “Heal”, “Sanctuary”, “Aid Potion”, “Highness Heal” or “Coluseo Heal”, increases recovery power by 10%
    - Portion of recovery item’s recovery power is increased by 10%
    - Reduces recovery power by 10% when user uses “Heal”, “Sanctuary”, “Aid Potion”, “Highness Heal” or “Coluseo Heal”.
(9) When user’s base level becomes 99 or higher, all effects written above are deactivated and won’t occur.
(10) This hat’s effects will be automatically deactivated when user goes inside fortresses at WoE, New WoE, WoE TE

** Character bound, can’t be traded or kept inside Kapra
** Automatically deleted when user becomes transcendence.

The official JRO website encouraged any veteran players to buff and give a support for any player who worn this hat.

Base Level 10 : 1 Weapon Exchange Ticket, 1 Equipment Exchange Ticket

Weapon Exchange Ticket : Lv1 weapon depending on class player has chosen. For example, Blade [3] for Swordman, Mace [3] for Acolyte and so on.
Equipment Exchange Ticket : Hood, Sandal with no slot

Base Level 30 : 1 Weapon Exchange Ticket

Lv2 weapon depending on class. For example, Ring Pommel Saber [2] for Swordman, Battle Axe [3] for Merchant Mace [3] for Acolyte Hammer [2] for Merchant, Chain [2] for Acolyte and so on.

Base Level 45 : 5 Orlean’s Full Courses

Consumable, 0 weight

All stats +10 and Atk, Matk +30 for 30 minutes.
These effects won’t wear off even the user becomes “incapable of fight”.

** Has expiry date of 14 days after acquisition.

Base Level 55 : Riding Bridle

Consumable (unlimited number of usage), 0 weight

Summons a creature for the user to ride. Increases user’s movement speed.
Summoned creature is different depending on user’s class. For example, Peco Peco for Swordman, Lion for Knight and Crusader, Giant Savage for Blacksmith or Alchemist, Alpaca for Acolyte, Priest, High Priest and Archbishop etc.

 

** Has expiry date of 14 days after acquisition which is different from the one bought in Cash Shop.

Base Level 65 : Equipment Exchange Ticket

3 options are available :

- Morpheus Set : Morpheus’ Bandana [0], Morpheus’ Shawl [0], Morpheus’ Ring [0] and Morpheus’ Bangle [0]
Recommended for spell caster or SP intensive character.

- Hermod Set 1 : Vali’s Manteau [0], Vidar’s Boot [0], Odin’s Blessing [1] and Ur’s Cap [1]
Recommended for tanker classes.

- Hermod Set 2 : Falcon’s Muffler [0], Fricco’s Shoes [0], Odin’s Blessing [1] and Ur’s Cap [1]
Recommended for AGI oriented character.

Base Level 72 : Weapon Exchange Ticket

A Lv3 weapon is given depending on player’s class. For example, Claymore [0] for Knight, Two-handed Axe [1] for Blacksmith, Jamadhar [0] for Assassin, Hunter Bow [0] for Hunter and so on.

Base Level 79 : 10 Orlean’s Full Courses

Extra 10 sets of food for boosting the speed of leveling.

Consumable, 0 weight

All stats +10 and Atk, Matk +30 for 30 minutes.

(3) Every refine level increases natural HP recovery by 10%
(4) Set bonus with “Permeter Card”, when user receives physical or magical damage, has a chance of activating 10 seconds period that Def +200, Mdef +20
(5) Set bonus with “Rideword Card”, when user receives physical or magical damage, has a chance of activating 11 seconds period that recovers 50 HP and 10 SP for every 2 seconds.
(6) Set bonus with “Myst Case Card”,
    - Additional 100% recovery power increase for Novice Potion.
    - For every monster defeated, has a chance of dropping Novice Potion.

Prevents player from paying 1,285,000 zeny to become transcendence.
In addition for becoming trans, 0 weight is still required but the zeny can be any number.

** Character bound, can’t be traded or kept at Kapra
** Has expiry date of 48 hours after acquisition. If this certificate expires, 1,285,000 zeny is needed.

- 10 Battle Manuals are given together with the Level Up Box. These give a 50% exp boost and last for an hour.
- Anyone who watched my videos can now clearly see why I always get a fast level up until Lv99. Though, this is just the only 1 factor.

This is EXACTLY what I'M SAYING FOR MONTHS for WP to do, put WELCOMING itens and systems, a lot of private server players preffer OFFICIAL servers cuz of the reliability, tomorrow your private server can close and you lose all your progress, and there is no company for you to blame, just a administrator using pirate emulator.

I've came cuz i know what would wait us on private servers, and many know the same, just give them the first step.

I actually agree with this. 99 in 2 hours for 1 or 2 characters is fine but think about 9-12 characters for rewards increase from events/instances...

 

Though, I love sorting stuff inside my storage. Luckily JRO offers total 4 storages (1 for main and 3 for subs). So I define my 3rd sub storage as "academy stuff container" and it looks like this

Basically it gives out some kafra items in return to the players to play on the server and spend more money to buy more kafra items. 

This method has been seen in quite many online games. 

I find it a helpful way too.

To be honest, I've never had the shoes. Someone did sell them in Prontera in the past but I saved my money to buy something else.

 

According to my search, I guess the only way to obtain the shoes is buying the RagCan which it randomly gives other items too. (The shoes usually are in C-rank)
