Okay lets make it straight, I am not asking them to change anything. Just curious at this difference since I heard that Crimson Rock on kRO has 1 sec fixed cast time. On iRO though, it is 2 secs. What is the reason behind that? Is it part of an update on kRO that never arrives on iRO? Or does iRO choose to make 2 secs FCT for Crimson Rock for a good reason? If so, what is the reason? Thinking warlocks can become way too OP if FCT is 1 sec instead of 2 secs? Or are there technical issues?

Why does cylinders work differently on iRO when it works another way on jRO?

Because iRO doesn't create gears for their own server. Their main job is to publish stuff and hope it works. Most bugs and exploits are found and reported by the players.

Can white imprison be spammed when it fail, cooldown only starts when success?
Can bloody lust be used outside PVP and WoE area?
